This is a link to an old copy of Chrysler Power magazine and thats my 70 Cuda on the cover. It was also the cause of a divorce. Laughing

Nah - Just a friend who worked for American Racing wheels who got good deals, two full time jobs, and a lot more energy than I currently have.

LOL......maybe no energy to change tires all the time, but there is always enough energy to thrash the pedal!!!

Here's my sons and I new project, it's kinda of a Mopar, its a 1971 AMC Javelin SST, body is super straight, engine runs, cost only $1100, these cars are running $7000 plus restored.

The car only has 53,000 miles and has spent the last 10 years stored under a carport, the body is almost flawless, with except aroun the driver side windshield where it has allowed LOTS AND LOTS of rain water in the inner rockers and floor pans are rusted out, nothing that a mig welder and repo parts wont fix.
my sons idea is to bring it into the 21 century with 17" wheels, bright orange paint bring in modern mods into it.

Cool deal Mike looks like a real cool project car there, real nice price what a steal.I just received some cool news over the weekend about a project not sure what to do just yet trying to make up mind but it means to leave the mopar realm and go to Pontiac I know, but there is a crazy story behind it ,my first love in muscle cars were Pontiacs back in the day ,and I still do like some not new , I have the opportunity to own a 66 GTO the same one that made me fall in love with muscle cars as a kid ,my uncle(my godfather) passed away back febuary and my ant needs to sell it, he is the original owner and like I said it the same car I grew to love back in the day ,it has been sitting for close to 20 years but it is complete .Don't want to see the car leave the family ,but it would mean I would most likely have to sell my car so that's my problem. Only bugged my uncle for like the last 10 years to sell it to me and telling him I was going to save it from sitting there never thinking it would ever happen cause he loved the car he also has a 68 Camaro sitting right next to it ,that his son is keeping ,some serious thinking to do mind has been racing since Saturday

That would be a tough purchase to pass up, thinking your getting a family discount and knowing that 66 GTO's are not going down in value anytime in our lifetime, I myself feel in love with a 67 with a 383 tri power at 14 y/o i was mesmerized with the intake system.
