180 Thermostat
So I ordered a Tstat from Speedlogix and received it less that 24 hours later. They're awesome for that. I'm not sure if I needed one or how much it will benefit me but it was cheap and everyones doing it so I figured why not.

Lower stat helps cool the car, so with perf mods its definitely a must

yeah I was thinking that, but I wanted to get it in before I head down so I can run the tune for 180 and then dyno it.moddog wrote:HHP has them for 29.95 you can save on shipping if you are going down this week end.

Re: 180 Thermostat
autozone part 4128 is a 185* and 4127 is a 175*
$14 for the 185*/4128 and $17 for the 175*/4127. Just ask for the specific part number as it wont come up as a replacement for our cars. I would recommend the 185* as the 175* will sometimes throw a code if it doesn't warm up quick enough. I've run both without any issues.

X2. I've used the gallon plastic bag and duct tape to hold in in place, then just add it back in when you're done!

The one I got from then was a little big and had to file it down to fit and make shore it's a failsafe one.

LOL I'm not spending $40.00 on a "JET". That name means nothing to me.. I had a JET Chip back in the day on my Dakota it now is a paper weight.
