Definitely was a good day to go racing. I ran in 2 classes Hemi and Pentastar brackets. ETs were in the 13.2-13.3 range. I improved my 60 ft to a 1.943. I made to the finals in the Pentastar bracket. I spun and ended up a RU.
Congrats Marco on your new best. You'll be going rounds at every race in no time.

What a day at the track yesterday. Cool air= more power. First round of time runs the two cars running in front of me both broke at the same time. Dan(Flybyu ) broke an axle in his 440ci dd Challenger and Juan(Bklynmag) went up in a huge cloud of smoke( threw a rod). Later in the day I had a piece of debris fly up off the the track during a run and crack my windshield . I completely used up one of my Dr's yesterday -- no tread left at all.

In one of the other classes (non Mopar ) a driver got called to the tower because on two different races around the 1000ft mark his car would change lanes and take out the timing cube!

that was pretty nuts with the 2 cars breaking in front of you. i heard about the guy changing lanes after the 1000 ft mark. first i thought they meant he did it in the staging area (cause that aint kosher either). he did it twice and they called to the tower after the 2nd time and parked him.

ironic thing is that he had a 10 second car.....you'd think he'd have some track experience with that kind of car, but i guess not. luckily he didnt run into no one, cause that coulve been ugly and someone couldve got hurt.
