CNC Ported 85mm Throttle Body / 6.1 Fuel Rails
Well, just ordered the CNC ported 85mm TB from Modern Muscle. They were runnin a Black Friday sale and I always was looking to upgrading the TB. Got the 85 for now since the car is not heavily moded. If decide to do cam & heads next year, I may need to upgrade to 87 or 90.
I also picked up some 6.1 Chrome fuel rails fitted for the 5.7 from a guy at lxforums for a good price. I should be getting them this week also. May look for 6.1 injectors. Not sure if needed at this point.
Future mods:
1) 3.06 getrag LSD rear with upgraded axles. HHP has the '09 Mpar full rear, but if anyone knows anyone selling or comes accross a rear that is in fairly good shape let me know. I'd like to beef up rear and axles before cam & heads, since I want to run DR's for next year's HHP racing season. But, obvously if I can get a deal I rather save some $'s.
2) Drag Radials (Hoosier or M/T's) 275x45x17 on 17x10 wheel. Hope to get before March / start of next year's HHP racing season.
3) Cam / Timing Chain / Oil Pump / UD pulley - possibly late 2012
4) Stage 2 heads (HHP) - possibly late 2012

Looks like a nice build you've got going. You'll be fine with the 5.7 injectors for now. You won't need the 6.1 injectors until you move to a stage 2 or larger cam. You'll be able to run Dr's with the stock rear. Once you start making more power at the wheels (400+) then axle breaking happens. It happens when the car hits harder coming out of the hole. If you bring the rpms up against the brakes on the line then ride it out of the hole and then mash it. Less stress on the driveline.
There's been a couple good cam and cam/ head deals listed on LXF. Tell Santa that's what you want for Christmas

If your going to do the fuel rail swap, pick up new O rings for the injectors and some Vasoline.
For the rear diff the a 3.06 lsd will work fine for you until you start making 450-500hp or more at the wheels. Then its time for an axle upgrade.
To do the diff swap you'll need the diff, 2 axles with tone rings, 2 axle seals for the diff, 2 hubs, and the second half of the driveshaft out of an Srt8 (R/T 3 bolt flange- SRT 4 Bolt flange)as well as gear oil and the Mopar additive.

I would pick up enough to replace all of the O rings. You should be able to pick them up at any auto parts store or a Mopar dealer.

Yes, all o-rings are the same size for the fuel injectors. I didn't need 6.1 injectors until the heads went on my car. I was fine even with the comp 273 cam.
I'll be honest and say that the 85 mm throttle body probably won't do much. I had one on mine until the electronics failed and had to put the stock one back in. I actually think the stock one feels better. The stock throttle body will flow more than enough to accommodate big HP numbers, but that's a whole other conversation.
I'm probably making a move with my car and will have all of my engine parts for sale, heads, cam, eagle intake, spacers, hardened push rods, 6.1 springs, etc....
If anybody is interested, let me know. I'm planning to make the switch right after the holidays.

I wouldn't say I was good. I'll be dropping the motor size by more than half and adding a little forced induction. Driving 80 miles a day while averaging 11.3 mpg isn't exactly keeping my wallet full. I'm looking for a reasonable compromise that will save me money, but still have some fun.
