unfortunatley not going to be able to make it down to MD for NMCA this year.....maybe next year when the both boys are older...

The last two days have been beautiful here. Weather is good, track prep is good. I going to run in the 13.50 index. I made 4 time runs between Fri-sat. 13.58,13.52,13.58,13.43. Right now its raining so we will see what Sunday brings. Longer cool down times + a lower DA after rain means more power and more breakouts.
