Hey guys I won't make the Limerick show. I have to go into work for a few hours and afterwards I'll be hitting up 2 or 3 shows closer to home to pass out flyers. Too many shows going on this weekend, so little time! Can someone pass out flyers at the Limerick show?

Yeah we got it Tim they are going to let us plug it as well. Are you going to Rockledge on Sunday? We need to hit it up with flyers as its closer to Bristol then Limerick lol If you dont go maybe Sinister can pass them out there, it is in his front yard...

To keep on point Tim I think Sinister will be at the Rockledge show not sure that he will be in it but I texted him and he will pass out some flyer's I gave him you should reach out to him and work it out to distribute them together.

Saw Sinister at the show. I had already distributed the flyers. A lot of interest from the car owners and I took home a plaque at the same time! I'll be receiving more stuff from Summit. I know we have some but it doesn't hurt to have more. I need stuff to put in these goodie bags. Can someone contact a bank or other businesses so we can get some pens or pads of paper to put in them?

The Food truck is Locked On for the show spoke to Wendy today (owner of Wendy Jo's) I'm working on a Car Insurance Rep for the show and a Photo Guy who shoots all the cars as they enter and then sell's printed photos @ his tent. We are less then a month away Guys if you have input lets hear it. Tim get us an update if you can.

Here's where we stand:

Trophies: I still need $300. I am talking to another potential sponsor this week.

Insurance: I should be able to get the Marines or another sponsor to cover it. And good news, we're going to get insurance that covers us for a year!

Porta Johns: relatively simple, just need funds like everything else.

We're set on goodie bags, just need a few more things to go in them. Chas and I will be working on that this week.

Today I went to Advance Auto Parts they put up one of our posters for the show. I asked about getting stuff for the show, I was told they do buckets for raffles. So Chas give me a call OK.

Ok so I called Tony at Flowertown Collex and he has stepped up to donate for the show . He can help pay for trophies or do a giveaway for free pinstripes from Richie Taylor! THANKS Tony! Tim you need to contact him and work out the details.

I want to be there, but I don't know if I can. Just got my wife's schedule and she works 7-7 both days that weekend. I'll have the kid so I couldn't be at the show for more than an hour or two and would obviously have him with me. I'll know more as the date gets closer.

You do what you can Man, no one has to stay for 10 hour's that day just come in and do what ever you can! Bring a portable crib and help out with registration or something? What ever you can swing. Just come by and laugh at us running around like chickens with our heads cut off like last year before trophies where given out.

Thank You and if anyone else lives near an Advanced go by and take a flyer and see if they will donate a bucket as well dont mention we already got one just say you heard it's been done before Wink
