I will have a tent with me and a big table too. I got my 3 chairs and will try to get cones from work how many ya need? As for Goodie bag's we can set up assembly line in my garage and build Bags with the stuff full house has given us.Sorry Ive been MIA, the wife had surgery last thursday and I had to play Nurse and take care of her. I go back to work tomorrow she is feeling better now.

Glad the Mrs is feeling better. We'll need at least 8 chairs. 4 for registration, 4 for anything else. We also need tickets for 50/50. Not sure if we have any left over from last year. What day and what time should we meet at your place? And only if it's not too much for. The Mrs. I don't want to disturb her recovery.

I took my car to the dealership today I am loosing antifreeze. I can see no leaks the oil is OK and I don't smell anything from the tail pipes. I hope nothing major is wrong with it and I have it back for the show. And I have a folding table we can use for the show.

Thanks Guy's She is taking it day by day, I'm not sure she will be @ the show.

As for Bag's do we want to meet up Saturday? or Thursday? Im open to do it Friday night too up to you all.. Saturday I have a B-day party @ 4pm so it would have to be early in the day or later that nite around 6pm?

Meet at Chas' place at 615ish? I'm meeting with Bill Friday afternoon to go over the site. Anyone else is welcome to join but it isn't necessary.

I need someone to make up signs for the show pointing to the show. Maybe we can do this together too.

Ok Tim, Bill, Charles are all meeting in Bristol to recon site @ 2pm.
Then we are all going to meet at my House in Hilltown to build the Goodie bags @ 6pm grub and put Tim's car on the lift and try not to snap his side view mirror off! affraid

I will cover the insurance, I just need the insurance company phone number and who to contact. I'll pay for it on Friday but I don't think we have anything to worry about with the weekend weather, last report for Sunday was 70 degrees and sunny.

I will bring a folding table and a tent. The tent I can bring is a splayed leg type, which is difficult to align with the straight leg tents but it could be used as a stand alone if needed.

I will also bring a set of two way radios, we need at least 4 radios, 6 would be better.

I'll be helping with the bag stuffing on Friday night and meeting all members that can make it to Rob's at 2:00 on Friday for show sight review. We will want to leave Rob's place no later then 3:30 to avoid heavy traffic.

Rob's place is located at 3114 Veterans Highway (Rt 413), Bristol Pa 19007.

Most GPS systems recognize the address Rt 413, some have difficulty locating Veterans Highway.
