Re: OCT 16th Club Car Show planning

I spoke to John today. He wishes he could make it but he has prior arrangements. High End Stereo from Center City will be there with an Charger SRT. This car was at the Philly Int Auto Show in the Dub section. It's nice.

I spoke a few of my vendors today. They will tell those at the gates that they are vendors. I will collect their fees at the DJ stand because a few of them I have waived the fee for. Most should be bringing toys.

Speaking of toys, I couldn't get my hands on any Toys 4 Tots boxes, bins. If anyone has empty boxes, please bring them. We will have a few boxes from the goody bags that we can use too.

In the morning we will come up with a schedule for parking cars. We will split up Marines with club members so that they don't slack off. I have a total of 7 Marines as of right now. I'll need someone to take charge and plan the parking and what not.

I picked up tickets for the 50/50 today. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take care of signs. We did ok last year without them though.

Anything else you guys can think of?

Called you 4 times last 2 days, I talked to Tim and Bill about this we need you @ the show this Group isn't showing any interest in our show 1 member on LX said he would come to Bristol ONE so it's more important you be in line with the club show @ 7:30 to help set up.
