We can talk more about it Friday but how bout we put that $50 towards a Nice Giveaway or some gift cards for Auto zone or something? Maybe a Basket of cheer or another bucket of Good cleaning stuff ?? Just a thought see what you all think Friday, cause Bill will be repayed for his footing the insurance.

I may stop down at the site with Tim and Bill tomorrow since ill be down that way. From what I understand, anyone who is going there, were cruising up to Chas's house right from there?

Mike, I have a few things to do between the site review and going to Chas' place. I'll be there by 6 though.

I spoke with my Marines, and I'll have tables and chairs, trash cans, trash bags, pens, markers, etc. Tomorrow I'll be finishing the excel file that I spoke to Bill about. I'll also have at least 5 Marines (lower ranks) and 2 senior enlisted Marines with me at the show. It'll be nice to boss them around that day! We will have a bathroom detail to ensure the head stays clean and in order.

Okay i scored 16 cones and yellow police tape ! Also my Mother has dropped off the Giveaway baskets and they look great! Weather for show is going to be perfect and I'm Pumped as I hope you all are too! It's been awfully quiet on here folks? I hope all of you who spoke up are still coming to help Sunday we need you to make it a success.

Lastly since I am helping to judge do you guys need me to be there for the start of the show? No problem with that but I was going to try and recruit the Mopar guys doing the Cheeestake run from MD meeting at 12 at Ikea in south philly? I was hoping to get them to come to our show before they eat as I am sure they will not make it to the show after they eat? I was going to plan to be at the car show at 1 PM. I would tell them about the show but I can;t on LX forums lol here the link if someone wants to:

sorry guys, i got home late every day this week. also had a follow up eye dr appt. tonite. was having some trouble with the left eye (one in which i tore my retina or i should say my son tore ).

didnt have a chance to put car in shop. i pretty much took off my passenger side mirror....its hanging on by duct tape rite now, which sux.

i dont knwo what time i'll be there sunday, but i'll come to support. with the job and kids, etc... its been a little tuff with the car scene this year. hopefully i can get more involved next year.

Big Thumb's up to Charles, Mike, Bill and Tim even thou he was late!

We spent 3 hour's building Goodie bags and I think we made 100+ and all got Dizzy playing ring around the Goodie table! and still have some more to do if need be.. We also loaded my R/T's bed Tim's Charger's trunk and Bill Hurst Intepeid's trunk !! Was a good nite we are locked on for sunday Boy's! DO NOT FORGET A NEW UNWRAPPED TOY !!!

The Give away Booty 2 Gift basket's From Peggy Hoffner of Remax (My Mom) and One from Advanced Auto (Moddog) I will put together one more Bucket wash kit from the $50 Moddog got us. Make sure you all buy a ticket on Sunday!

The plan for sunday is as follows....
7:30 Am Meeting @ Rob's to set up, Tents, tables, Dj and the Lot.
9-11 Park cars for show and spectator's
11-1 Carry out Judging of show Top 50 and Specialty awards
1-2:30 Score all Judging for winner's and start Award's by 2:30
3:00 clean up and roll out!

Any Question's? DON"T FORGET Toys 4 Tots need you to bring 1 new unwrapped toy (no Board games or Military toys please)
Hope to see you ALL there and if you can't get there @ 7:30 no sweat but don't show up @ 1 and think your Judging! We are strapped for time so please try to be there by 10am @ the latest..

I will have mine there and Bill will have his there to Chas is using his truck to bring the goody bags tent banners down. And every one ells is bringing there cars. Last night we talk about your car to be with the Serious Sound booth.
